HELPING HOMEBOY - A Community Mixer

Come network and socialize at our mutli-organizational mixer with all proceeds going to benefit "Homeboy Industries", a gang prevention and rehabilitation center featured in numerous media articles and stories, including the LA times.

Located on the edge of Los Angeles Chinatown, Homeboy Industries provides employment, legal, mental health, domestic violence intervention, general education, and tattoo removal among other services.

OCA-GLA, APEX, APABA, CAPE, Projekt Newspeak, and The Riordan Programs Alumni Association have decided to co-sponsor this mixer to both socialize and donate all the proceeds to Homeboy Industries.  Father Greg Boyle, founder of Homeboy Industries, will be present for the mixer and have signed copies of his book for sale.

Cost at the door will be $20 for appetizers and wine.  So please register to help us with a headcount, come out and mingle, eat, and have a good time!
